Introduction
Searchers
in the Ether field often lived in the past for their discoveries without
taking time enough to communicate on the essence of their work. We
decided to start this new attempt to help the science of the 5th element
or Aether science to come back to life as a seed for the future concrete
science of the new era to come. The courses of the University are based
on researches and works which led in the past to concrete results,
and on conceptual systems capable to explain them. By blending the
ideas of various traditions with those from modern science, the Foundation
is trying to show how the interconnection between the tangible and
subtle worlds is real and demonstrable if one uses a clear thought,
and an opened scientific approach based both on intuition and the search
for proof and reproducible.
The International University gives
correspondence courses. It is none-dogmatic, and doesn't fear to advance hypothesis
and models different from institutional thought. From those hypothesis, the students
think, emit other hypothesis or refute them, trying to demonstrate both by pure
reason or intuition and by experiment, the truth of such or such paradigms.
The University is a place for free
thinking but bears firmly in mind its purpose through a coherent study structure
based on stored up and synthesized knowledge. It is not a place where everybody
is trying to rebuild the world through imagination, rejecting systematically
modern science nor the bases of other traditions an cultures, for the scientific
approach is a sane and autonomous activity of the mind, based on facts and various
hypothesis, and not on mere belief. It admits consequently the possibilities
rising from other horizons. It is a place for wisdom where students learn that
because of intuition and subjective approaches linked to scientific method, others
may have touched reality in a different manner, and grasped perhaps a more complete
and efficient vision in some domains.
Everyone is free to reject the given
hypothesis, to refute the standpoints, if all is done with respect and the intention
to deepen the knowledge of reality. Gratuitous criticism or superficial thinking
are not welcome. But a clear mind which refrains from rapid judgment, a curious
mind capable to marvel at beauty of simple things, a balanced attitude and the
faculty to present a standpoint in a coherent manner will be very appreciated.
The goal of the Foundation through
the International University is to help man to discover new fields of knowledge
and to reinforce its understanding of life on Earth, through study, thinking
and experiment.
What
is offered here to the public is a journey of considerable interest
on the border of our material world, through time, but above all in
permanent relation to our daily world and the phenomena we can discern
all the time, inside and outside of us. There exists a Reality of which
we only catch glimpses. Others have made much better progress. They
came closer to it and gained immeasurable insights. We invite you to
discover them and to forge your own opinion about what our world is
still be able to reveal.

A
3 or 5 years (complete cycle) theoretical and practical training
The
courses of the first year are available each two months in pdf format
(to download).
They offer knowledge on works, experiments
and researches made in the field of Aether science during the last three centuries
(with some incursions in Antiquity) as well as fundamental keys to begin to understand
what Aether and Ether is, and how this protyle manifests itself in our daily
life: into our body, in nature, in modern techniques. They contain for instance
a study of the works of Mesmer, Karl von Reichenbach, Baron du Potet, Wilhelm
Reich, Viktor Schauberger, John W. Keely, Louis Boutard, etc.
Their goal is to give essential elements
as well as hints so that the intuitive searcher may end up with practical conclusions.
These courses include also an ontological
practical study on the development of intuition in relation to the symbolic pictorial
art which the Ancients used a lot for educative purposes.
The complete 5
years cycle ends with the writing of a thesis on one or
more themes from the courses or with the building of an apparatus
showing a property of Aetheric energy. The research fiber being not
so largely present in everyone the 3 years cycle will
give also good bases to work on.

1. In
the 18th century an Austrian Doctor discovers a curative energy :

2. Almost at the same time, a French man re-discovers a "magical" energy:

3. In the 19th century, Karl von Reichenbach, a scientist, works with people
able to see and describe this energy. A significant observation work.
4. Some hints of energy conversion in the Vimana Shastra from ancient India
5. The trail of a lost Ether science is found in the Greek alphabet and the
various art forms of Antiquity. Its applications are demonstrated through an
important experimental work by a French scholar between the two wars: Louis
Boutard
6. During the 19th century in the United States, a man runs an engine by means
of sound and his own energy : John.W. Keely from Philadelphia.
7.In the middle of the 20th century a doctor, student of Freud, discovers the
hidden energy behind libido. From sexual energy to triggering of storms, passing
through spontaneous genesis of protozoan: Wilehlm Reich.
8. The importance of vortex and spiral form to vitalize water and generate
antigravity: the works of Viktor Schauberger
9. A Russian entomologist, Viktor Stepanovich Grebennikov, discovered antigravity
because of the geometrical structure of an insect chitinous shell.
10. At the end of the 20th century, the works of J.G. Gallimore in paraphysics
open the door to a scientific approach of vital energy (detection), antigravity,
superconductivity etc.
Second
year : Ideas and theories above the facts
Data accumulation
without being able to relate the given elements doesn't allow to understand
them. Therefore this second year gives ideas and theories concerning
the fifth element from the Transhimalayan tradition (H.P.Blavatsky.,
A.A.Bailey, Agni Yoga, Teachings of the Temple, etc.). A practical
and new understanding of the Teachings of the Ageless Wisdom.

Third
year : Synthesis : from facts and concepts towards practice

- Geometrical forms and energy: transmission, accumulation, concentration.

4, 5 (long or complete cycle) - Research Center
Focused experiments, thesis, practical work
These
two years are important for they validate the theoretical work of the
preceding years. They show if the student understands correctly what
he has learnt and if he can be useful to his time. A choice of a work
avenue is made at the end of the third year, which will condition the
end of his cycle.
Fourth
year : Practical
work
Experiments
and observations are chosen in a definite field to confirm or invalidate
one of the works or hypothesis. The goal is to approach practically
the type of energy or manifestation studied in the past years.
This year is very practical, and includes complementary studies.
Fifth
year : End cycle project:
Thesis or concrete
work. Following the experiments made the previous year to deepen and understand
more a given subject, the student prepares a written work for possible publication,
or/and he starts the building of an apparatus which goal is to demonstrate one
or more properties of aetheric energies.

There
are no fixed charges. A monthly contribution is asked, which
amount is freely determined by the student according to its possibilities
and sense of responsibility.
